Activate the paid blog theme

  i have a paid blog theme, and i have insrtalled it am getting an note that it is a trial pack and you have to enter thre product code in the theme setings to activate, if am clicking the theme settings am getting a error as ‘ Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page ‘ am an administrator and i dont have permission to access it. I went through many posts to solve this but i cant fix it
