Activated Plugin does not connect with website structure.

    I have activated the plugin regnerate thumbnails but when I try to resize product images it is missing from the bulk action drop down menu. How can I correct this? I really want to use this plugin.

    I’m sorry, but http://www.freeshipshop.com is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

    The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.

    Thank you for your prompt reply!
    I followed your advice and clicked on the links you sent me and now, I am totally confused.
    I did not know that WordPress.com offers hosting that is not a sub domain.
    I think that hosting my word press web site on WordPress.com is a great idea.
    How do host my domain http://www.freeshipshop.com at WordPress.com?
    How much help will I receive so I won’t mess everything up? ( I have been known to do that.)

    I am a complete novice. If I move my web site to the host you recommend, will I lose the work I started or will someone help me keep it? It is very minimal at this point but I put hours of work into it. (I am sure that someone who is knowledgeable would have done it in a few minutes.)

    I am trying to start an on line business to supplement my retirement income. So I would like to sign up to one of the paid options and have my domain name as a stand alone.
    Once I move over, I am sure that I will need a lot of help. Will it be readily available?

    If you are wanting to start an online shop, I would recommend staying where you are and using the self-hosted version of WordPress. You’ll be able to install the plugins you need as well as have a variety of options for your online store – things that are very limited here at WordPress.com at the moment.

    For assistance with your WordPress.org blog, there is a forum you can visit and ask questions: http://wordpress.org/support

    The community there is very helpful and accommodating. Of course, contacting your host as well if you have technical questions is recommended.
