Activated WP All In One Firewall Plugin now cannot access my site

  I activated and started adding security to my site, now i get an error when trying to access my site. how do i reset my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, you have a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
