Activating Account – No Button to Press?

In my Account Activation email, I am told to ‘click the blue button below’. However, there is no button – only plain black text that says ‘Click Here’. However, because it is just plain black text, literally nothing happens when it is clicked. There is nothing else in the email besides the social media links (e.g. FB / Twitter) at the bottom. Any advice? I can’t build my website until my account is activated!
