Activating Facebook

  I’ve tried activating the Facebook connection but the window isn’t popping up to choose which pages to publish to.
  I have disabled my popup blocker, and all other plugins during set up.
  I am running WP3.5 on a GoDaddy server.

  Should have specified, this is with the sharing settings of the Jetpack plugin.
