activating upgraded theme CityPro

  I have installed the City Hall theme a month ago and have been learning how to construct the web site, and working on the web site. I purchased CityHall Pro last night, Thursday December 16th. Now how do I activate and incorporate the upgrade of CityHall Pro into the City Hall theme with what I have done so far, as there were no instructions?
