I am trying to activate my site so that it is available to see online. I paid the initial fee to use bluehost. What am I missing?

I paid the initial fee to use bluehost.
Using Bluehost means you have a self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
