Active access token error

  Hi, I’m trying to create a new business site under my WP account and am not able to do so because of this warning: An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.

  The site I’m looking to build is even-minded.com. Please provide some clarification on why this is happening and some instruction on how to fix it.

  Thanks for getting in touch.

  Try these steps.

  – sign in to WordPress.com account
  – go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/
  – add desired plan to your account (needed for using custom domain)
  – then click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New
  – register that domain as new, or map it if it was purchased somewhere else
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
