I have never heard of that error message before. Are you running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com? If not please update.
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance.

Yeah I am running the correct updated browser. Here is a screen shot http://snag.gy/XMlz5.jpg and I am using a Windows computer right now. I have a MAC at home but am not home to try it out. Thank you!

Hi there!
I’ve never seen that bug before. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies? There maybe an expired cookie messing with things.

@shawnajroberts
G’day to you. I was thinking “corrupted cookie” as it was all I could come up with. I’m subscribed to this thread. -

Boo. :( Okay, can you try visiting this link directly:
Then select “Switch Site” and choose your site.
Do you have any plugins or addons installed in your browser? Or maybe you recently updated your antivirus or firewall?
-
I can switch to them on there and I can get to the dashboard this way but only some of the dash shows up, at the top it still says active content removed.
-
Thanks for doing that!
You mentioned that you’re in Firefox. When you’re on the page with the “active content removed” errors, can you open your console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + K on your keyboard or navigating to the Firefox Menu > Web Developer > Web Console.
Then could you grab a screenshot of any errors you see there and upload the screenshots to your Media Library? It sounds like something is not validating correctly, and the console should be able to tell me what.
Thanks for bearing with me on this. :)

Yep! Here’s a direct link for you:

I can indeed. Thank you! From this image:
It looks like you have no errors in your Console.
Can you visit here and tell me what version of your browser the site says you’re running:
-
-
Thanks for doing that. I know you had already checked your browser version, I just wanted to be sure. :)
Firefox is on version 35 now. I don’t think that should be causing this error since you’re not that far behind, but can you see if you’re able to run an update?
Are you on a computer at home? Or at work? Is it a laptop that you can take to a local library or cafe? Just to confirm, this happens in all of the browsers on your computer? Do you have an antivirus program installed?
-
I am on a work computer right now, it did work at home on my Safari, but isn’t working on this one here for FireFox, Chrome, or Explorer. Could it be something weird with my works internet?
When I go to FireFox and do about it says it is up to date and doesn’t give me the option to upgrade.
-
Thanks for the quick follow up. :)
Given that it is not browser specific, or computer specific, it does seem network specific. Your work’s network maybe using particular firewall blocks that are preventing these resources from being loaded.
If this is a site you need access to at work, I would suggest your next move to be contacting your IT department about the blocked content.
