Active subscription per the WP Subscription Management page, but no postings since 9/1.

  I do not know why I stopped receiving their postings, and neither do they. Please help if you can. Thanks.

  Thanks for the link! This site is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by Bluehost. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  Depending on how you subscribed to this site, you may need to reach out to the site owner and have them contact the service provider for further help. The site uses the Jetpack plugin so if you’re subscribed to them via Jetpack, they can post on the Jetpack support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

  I can try and confirm that for you. Can you tell us how/where you subscribed to receive their posts via email? I visited the site and I’m not seeing the option to subscribe at the moment. Can you point us to the subscription form so that we can investigate further?

  On the left hand side of the site you can click to donate or subscribe. I did the latter and it took me to WordPress.

  Hi there,

  It sounds like you are describing the blog subscription feature powered by the Jetpack plugin. Your site is on Bluehost, yes?

  To clarify this is the support forum for sites hosted directly on WordPress.com and while we do offer a similar subscription engine here, it’s not exactly the same as what is offered through the Jetpack plugin. Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? They would be in the best position to help you get to the bottom of this issue, thanks!
