  Hello, how are you?
  In my webpage for free http://WWW.VIBRIA.ORG, I would like to add a form in order people can insert their bank account number so we can remove them the cost of becoming a member of our association each year.
  Is it possible to do it? I sow different kind of forms, but not this one. And, in case it’s an option. Is it secure?

  That is not functionality that WordPress.com offers, I’m afraid.

  Also, I suspect that many people would find it a security risk to hand out their banking information.
