add a client portal for existing website

    Hello,
    I developed a website https://rbtj.ca/.
    I’d like to add a secure client portal where clients (personal. and business) can add documents and the admins can add documents to the client’s portal as well. Since these will be tax documents, security is essential.

    I’d like to have each client create an account and then be able to log in and upload/ download documents securely.

    Is there a way to do this with a plugin or directly through WordPress?

    TIA for any help/ suggestions.

    Hi @kevinritt1, WordPress can accept file uploads with plugins, and our hosting includes built-in SSL encryption.

    Re: security, there may be specific regulations you’ll need to comply with if you’ll have folks uploading tax documents. Please investigate that & work with tech legal help if needed. When you know whether there are specific requirements you need for the hosting aspect of those regulations, let us know.
