Add a new domain

    I purchased the premium when I registered. Why is it asking for the credit card info again when I try to add a new domain?

    I purchased “premium” as I registered on 10/14/2013 but when I try to add a domain to my blog, it says I need to upgrade (Again?).

    The billing history page shows I paid $99 on 10/14/2013 but my upgrades page says I don’t currently have active subscriptions on wordpress.com. What does this mean? Could someone please straighten out my account or let me know what to do to fix the issue? I need this fixed ASAP so i can add a domain to my blog.
