add a new theme

  hi,
  I bought form ENVATO a theme called TREND
  when I go to appearance / theme I cant find the possibility of ADD A NEW
  what is wrong? Is there an other way to upload a new theme?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
