  I am having much difficulty accessing a website owned by someone else but for which I have Admin and Editor privileges.
  The new site is hosted by BlueHost. Does that make a difference?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
