  Hi,

  I followed the instructions here to add an A record pointing my domain to a new host – https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/setting-custom-a-records/

  It wouldn’t allow me to do this (it said the domain was invalid). I then tried to remove the domain management and in the process cancelled my premium package a day early! Is there any way I can contact someone at WordPress to ask them to add an A record for me until my domain registrar gets round to updating their DNS records?

  DNS has updated so this is no longer needed.
