Add a splash page.. upgrade to premium by month

  Hello! Please help.. I am trying to update my blog to premium by month and it is trying to charge me for the full $299. Also, is my current plan compatible to add a splash page or do i need to upgrade to premium?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  All plans on WordPress.com are billed yearly. We don’t have any monthly payment option.

  It’s not possible to create a splash page on WordPress.com. No upgrade changes this. To do that you’ll need to get your own hosting and build a site using the WordPress.org software instead:
