Add another email address to an existing WordPress account

  I already have a WordPress account. I am trying to add my university email address to my existing account, in order to verify a comment I made on a WordPress blog from my university email address. This is the biggest Catch-22 in history. Why do I need to pay $99 for a free account? What is so difficult about adding another email to an existing account? Why can’t I add my Google Plus account. What is a G-Suite account? I am completely lost and am thinking that WordPress is a whole lot more trouble than it is worth. What is so difficult about adding an additional email address to an existing WordPress account?

  Hi @detroit57, you don’t need to pay anything for a free account. You can add emails to existing accounts, too, via gravatar.com. One thing you can’t do though is “reuse” an email address that is used for another account, so if you need help sorting that out, let us know.
