Add blog to site

  I’m trying to post a blog but every time I begin to type, I get a notification that I must be logged in to manage site settings, but I’m obviously logged in or else I wouldn’t be able to get to the blog page. Is there something I’m missing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. See the WordPress.com and WordPress.org support page.

  The site http://whatever4n8.com/ is not a WordPress.com website.
