Hello
I need help to add html code to my wordpress site.
I tried everything. I went to dashboard – appearence and do not have EDITOR! So I dont know how to add the html code.

I just want to add a html cod from popads, but continue not getting that.
Still no have editor on appearence, and dont know where to insert that code html.
An easy thing this is to make complicated because of lack legitimate support of both parties.

You cannot use popads or any third party ads on any wordpress.COM hosted site, regardless of upgrades.
