  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain alvarezustarroz.wordpress.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  Actually that’s your WordPress.com address. Are you trying to map an existing domain name to your WordPress.com blog? If so, what’s the domain address?
