  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain bexandpetewedding.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I added a new DNS Zone record for your domain. This change may take a little while to be fully effective. Could you give it some time then try updating the name servers again?

  You can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.

  Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

  Hi ,
  I seem to be in a bit of a pickle. So I have purchased the domain name peteandbexwedding.com.au from ventra ip and then mapped it to wordpress. However it just re-directs to the ventra site and not to the wordpress site. Can you please help me? I need to have this wedding site up and running by the weekend as the invites are printed as .com.au and the cut tent address is only .com!

  Looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
