I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain ecoenco.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

I have uploaded a new version of the ecoenco.com site to a hosted account on crazydomains.com.au. I have beed advised that in order for ecoenco.com to be served from my hosted account that I need a sub domain created and have this point to the ip address of my host.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I added a new DNS Zone record for your domain. This change may take a little while to be fully effective. Could you give it some time then try updating the name servers again?

You can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.

Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

    I am a bit confused.

Firstly what DNS Zone record did you add? Is there somewhere i can see all the DNS records for my site?

Through domain manager I have managed to setup hosts ns1.ecoenco.com and ns2.ecoenco.com.

    ns1.ecoenco.com 27.54.94.138
    ns2.ecoenco.com 27.54.94.138

and changed my nameservers to point to these hosts

and when i ping these nameservers they resolve correctly to 27.54.94.138

However when i ping ecoenco.com i get the wordpress ip and the site is served from wordpress.

Is there anything else I need to do?

Sorry for the confusion. If your site is hosted on crazydomains, you should use the crazydomain’s nameservers.

To point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), please follow the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/#changing-domain-name-servers

Note you will need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

Hope this helps – let us know if you have any more questions!
