  I’ve tried to add a Zone Record for the domain icnevio.wordpress.com but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

  MORE SPECIFIC: I need some data:
  zone records
  DNS1
  DNS2

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the domain name you need the zone record added for? NOTE: not the base blog but the domain name you want to map

  I am not sure… I was filling a form and it was necessary to insert various data (zone records, DMS1 and DNS 2) to go further. I finally decided to delegate the new domain procedures to a hoster, so I shouldn’t care about DNS anymore. But I would be grateful if you coluld explain more aboout Zone records, DNS and mapping (if you have time). Thank you
