Add Gàidhlig (Scots Gaelic) to language options

    The language choices in the dropdown menu in the general settings page has Gaeilge (Irish Gaelic) and Cymraeg (Welsh) but it does not have Scots Gaelic. Google have Gaelic as an option. OpenOffice have an implematation with Gaelic spellchecking in the pipeline. It would be great if WordPress.com could allow Gàidhlig bloggers to identify themselves as such. Thanks for reading this.
