  Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  I have cleared both cache and cookies and still it is not working. I’ve tried it in both Chrome and Firefox, but with no success.

  Sorry for the confusion. Your site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, available at WordPress.org. If you’re having problems with a site not hosted with WordPress.com, we may not be able to help. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  Also please try and disable all plugins to see if that fixes the problem.
