Add new! different categories menu

  Hello.
  How can I add new categories menu in the sidebar? for e.g. I want
  Categories1:
  white
  black
  red
  blue

  Categories2:
  Bmw
  Audi
  Mercedes
  Etc

  and to be possible to add the posts under both categories 1 and 2..

  Categories can be assigned to posts only and not to pages. The Categories widget has no data to display until you actually assign categories to the posts and publish them. There must be one published post in each category before the links will be displayed by the Categories widget.
