  Please help me with the theme issue that the add new theme option in the appearance theme option is not showing.

  You can’t upload third party themes on the Free Plan, but you can choose from 111 free themes at https://wordpress.com/themes/free. If you want to upload a third party theme, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
