Add New WordPress doesn't work. Can't add a new one

  The page I get when I attempt to add a new wordpress blog to my exisiting email:

  {“redirect”:true,”url”:”https://wordpress.com/sites”}

  and the URL:

  https://signup.wordpress.com/start/?ref=calypso-sites

  What happens if you log into WordPress.com and go directly to this URL:

  https://signup.wordpress.com/start/?step=step-home

  Hi, just a blank page that says:

  Step 1 of -1

  And the wordpress header on the top.

  Tested on IE and it worked. Must just be chrome.
