Add personalised domain email address (gmail)

  Hi guys,

  I’m slowly losing my mind, I’m completely stumped.
  I have created 3 email addresses with my site, ages ago, (email visible only to moderators and staff), (email visible only to moderators and staff) etc. they are all Gmail addresses in all but name. I’m trying to create another one and for the life of me can’t figure out how to anymore and Google doesn’t seem to be much help. Anyone have any ideas what I’m missing?

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have a G Suite account connected to your domain, but you did not purchase G Suite from us. You either bought it directly from Google, or from another reseller. You’ll need to contact whoever you bought that account from to add additional licences.
