  Im going to make my site about anime streaming but this theme is the best free wp theme for video streaming.

  But obviously u can’t upload new themes so please put this theme on wordpress.com

  Before you go to a lot of work, please confirm that the streaming video platform you wish to use works on WordPress.com. I haven’t been able to find any that do. But you might be able to use the Vodpod button to put videos in.
