add to cart does not add more than one size and colour of a variable product

    My add to cart does not add more than one size and colour of a variable product at a time without refreshing the page, for example, if I want to add a product that has 4 different colours and 4 different sizes, each time I select one colour Eg RED colour and a size M and click add to cart, the add to cart button will change to view cart, and if I select another Colour Eg Blue colour and Size L the add to cart button will not put up instead it will keep showing me view cart, for me to add another colour or size I will have to refresh the page. Please what should I do to fix this, please help me
