add to cart error

I am having an issue with my variable products. I have a woocommerce site with the Flatsome theme. My issue is when I pick my attributes for my variation i get the message ‘Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.’ But I’ve already chose my options. If i click another product option and then go back to the original option i chose than it will allow me to add to cart. Also if i have items in my cart already then that error doesn’t happen, only with an empty cart. Also I have the Beeketing plugin installed, but when i deactivate that plugin then i don’t have the problem. I’ve already contacted them and they say their engineers are working on it. But it’s been a week so far and I’d like to launch my site without problems. Please help. :)
