Add User

  I need to add a new user to be able to work on my site and I do not have an Add User option.

  I also would like to know which role I need to assign this person if he will be uploading pics, changing themes, etc.

  However, I do not want him to have access to my personal information.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you the Admin of the blog? If so, on the Users page you should be able to Invite them. If he just needs to upload pictures and publish posts, make him an editor. If you want him to change themes, make him an admin, noting that he then also has the power to entirely delete the blog if you have a disagreement. It does happen.
