Added My Site link to top, now Dashboard and Customize links disappeared

I clicked some button that said ‘Add My Site/Reader’ to the top line. After I did that, it replaced the top line which had the Dashboard, Customize, Site Stats, and other quick links with My Site/Reader and the gravatar from my former wordpress.com site instead of the one from my new wordpress.org site. How do I undo this? I am logged in with my NEW credentials, and my profile shows me new gravatar etc, but it’s being overridden somehow with old credentials.

I did determine the fix, which was that in Jetpack, I had clicked “Enable WordPress toolbar.” Unclicking that brought back the Customize view.

HOWEVER…before I clicked the Jetpack link in the first place, I used to be able to log in both to my kajmeister.wordpress.com and my new kajmeister.com sites with two different profiles. Two different emails. And it kept them both live and distinct, as if I were two different people. Now, I can no longer log into both of them at the same time, just one or the other. So I think there is still some problem where enabling the toolbar is overriding the profile settings somehow.
