Adding a badge

  I’m trying to add a badge for a blog award I’ve been nominated for. The code I’ve been told to copy and paste is:

  <img alt=”Canada expat blogs” src=”http://www.expatsblog.com/images/blog-award-2012-topblog-med.jpg” border=”0″ />

  But when I add it into a text widget it just displays the url, not the badge.

  Can anyone help? Thanks.
