Adding a .com email address to my site

    Hi there.I am going to use my My Mermaid Soul as a travel advisor site as an independent contractor and would like to add this email address… (email visible only to moderators and staff). Are you able to help?

    Hi there!

    Your site is hosted with Bluehost, not with WordPress.com, so you’ll probably want to check with them if they offer a custom email address.
    In any case, you’d need to have the domain MyMermaidSoulTravel.com registered, to create an email with it.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
