adding a domain name

  Hello, i recently mapped one of my domain names (nachos-amigos.co.uk) to one of my websites (right-home.co.uk). This was a mistake. I have recently made a completely new website and wish to use the (nachos-amigos.co.uk) domain as a primary domain for this site. At the moment wordpress will not allow me to transfer (nachos-amigos.co.uk) as it says its mapped to (right-home.co.uk). Im hoping you can help me with this.

  Hi there,

  So if I understand correctly you added a domain mapping for that domain using a different username? For two weeks after cancelling a mapping upgrade only the user who had previously added it can re-purchase it. Can you please reply here as the other username to confirm? Then I can help you add the mapping from our end instead.

  Note that you’ll need to purchase a paid plan for this site as well before I’ll be able to add the mapping upgrades for you. You can add a plan under My Site ->Plans.
