  Hi there,
  i am trying to add an embed code to my wordpress blog. i’d liek to add it to my ABOUT section or my sidebar.

  Not all embed codes work here on WordPress.com Please read this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  Can you paste it here between backticks (on most keyboards, to the left of the number 1 where the tilde mark ~ is) and someone will have a look at it.
