Adding a header?

  Right now I only have a “home” and an “about” page. How do i create more to separate my topics?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, Posts and Pages are different from one another: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  When you have a number of Posts that you’ve added categories to, you can then create new “headers” in your navigation bar by creating a Custom Menu
