adding a link from my present post to an earlier post in my blog

  I have just written a post. Call it Post Number two I want to take a few words in that post, Post number two, and insert a link to an earlier post. Call it post number one. When I use the paperclip to do this and then try to publish post number two it tells me it cannot save the draft.

  Here is what I do. I select some words in post number two and highlight them. Then I go up and click on the paper clip icon. That provides a dialog box and when I use that I put in the URL of post number one in the top box, and in the second box there appears the words I highlighted in post number two. Then I click the box at the bottom labeled add link and then the dialog box disappears.

  In the post number two the words I’ve highlighted appear in blue color and underlined. Then when I try to publish Post number two I get a red banner that says ‘saving draft failed.’
