Adding a new user to a free wordpress blog

  I have a wordpress blog, utgarden8889.wordpress.com, and I am not able to add more users to the blog. Is this due to limitaions on the free wordpress blogs or is there some secret menu which I have to open?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How are you attempting to add the user? Does the user already have a WordPress.com account?

  Hi,
  I am using the normal feature, add new user.
  Either by supplying a username, wordpress, or an email adress.
  I’ve tried to add on my other wp blog user – it shows accepted in the “add new user” frame – but it doesn’t show in the users list.
  I can find no mention of this new role on my other blog.
  I also have tried to send this to an email adress, that is not connected to WP – but still no pwd mentions or other logon credentials given.
  Its like – lost in space :-)
