Adding a new WordPress site

I’m a student with free WordPress. I have 2 sites, but I need another one for a different course subject. The Add a new WordPress button has disappeared. What can I do to add a new site, please?

You need to click on the Switch Site on the top-left and then on the Add new site. Here are a couple of screenshots to make things easier:
