Adding a .png to my wp theme.

  Hello,
  I’m trying to edit a theme on WordPress. https://www.inlinguavictoria.com/ At the bottom of the page there are 5 pictures of affiliates organizations: BC EQA, designated ptib, languages Canada, etc… I need to add one icon there. When I inspect the page in chrome I can find the area, however I can’t find anywhere in the theme customization that will allow me to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
