adding a pre brought domain name

    Hello

    i wanted to get some information if possible. Ive brought a domain name from Fasthost and wanted to add it to my website once i’ve completed it. I intend on upgrading but first wanted to know if this would be possible?

    Hi Sam,

    Do you want to use that domain with a site here on WordPress.com? You can definitely do that, but it’s a paid feature to connect a domain to a site here. First, please go to My Site ->Plans and purchase any of our plans there. Then you can add the domain mapping upgrade included in the plan to connect the domain:

    one more question. I wanted to make ammendments to my home page but i cant seem to do that as the only option i had was to save and publish. Is it possible to make these changes now?

    and how would i delete if not?

    It sounds like you’re looking at the Customizer. That’s for setting up your theme, but you can’t edit the content of pages from there.

    To edit the page, go to My Site ->Pages. Click the … button on the specific page, and select edit.
