Hi there, with the Shoreditch theme https://wordpress.com/theme/shoreditch after you create the new homepage, you can switch to a static front page (or choose one of the other existing pages to be your site’s front page) by changing the Homepage setting in your site’s Customizer to a Static Front Page.

You’ll be given the option in the Customizer>Homepage to choose which page will display your blog posts. You’ll need to create and publish a blank page (such as “Minutes”).

If the new posts page doesn’t appear on your site’s menu, you may need to manually add it in the Customizer under Menus.

Specifics about this is also explained in more detail in our guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

Let us know how that goes.
