Adding an admin to a paid site

    Hi-
    I am trying to step down as an administrator on a paid site I run for a group I belong to and we are having two problems:
    1. Although I know my login information the site’s admin page seems to be locking me out and
    2. My replacement is asking me to add him as an admin but I don’t know how to do that( I will research FAQs after I post this). I thought I added myself to the site administrators when I took over the page…
    I can’t really do step 2 until I resolve step 1. I am able to log into the WordPress site and my personal free website on the same credentials I used to manage the paid site (if that helps).

    Hi Jacqui,

    The account you are logged to is only listed as a user on hoosicmusic.wordpress.com (which uses the Free plan). Can you send a link to the paid site you are referring to?

    Just let me know and we can go from there.
