Adding an audio file

  The past two weeks, when I click on the Add Audio button the window is not coming up for me to drag and drop my audio in there. Any reason why or suggestions on how to fix/upload my audio?

  Hi there,

  You can only upload audio to your site if you have a paid plan:

  Working With Audio

  I checked and see that you are currently on the free plan. You’ll need to purchase a plan first before being able to upload any audio file.

  Sorry, I should have clarified. This problem is in regards to the account I edit for the church, not my personal account.
