Adding another domain address.

  I am trying to add another domain and this message keeps coming up. ‘This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’ I think we omitted to pay the fee to keep this domain directed through WordPress but now I can’t seem to add it. Thank you in advance.

  Thank you for looking into this. The domain name is whyld.org.au. We are also having trouble receiving our emails which I believe are redirected from Crazy Domains. That email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). We can’t seem to find out how to view them on webmail. Again this may be because we have omitted to pay, but we are probably not getting the emails advising of this payment in the first place. Thanking you in advance.

  Hi there,

  The domain whyld.org.au was recently mapped by the user sablesally. You will be able to map this domain two weeks after the domain was unmapped — this is because you are a different user, trying to map the same domain.

  We are also having trouble receiving our emails which I believe are redirected from Crazy Domains.

  If your emails are being redirected through Crazy Domains you will need to speak to them about the problem. They should be able to help.

  Hi. I have spoken to Crazy Domains and they told me that as WordPress hosts the account, they have no control over it. So, we are still in the dark as to how we can check our emails. If I send an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) it just bounces. I am unable to see how to get on to webmail to check emails too.
  I am still unable to map whyld.org.au. Has the domain actually been unmapped by sablsally or mapped?
  We are becoming extremely puzzled as to why we are having so much difficulty with all this. Thanking you in advance.
