adding bought themes and plug ins

I have just started the free trail of wordpress premium but i don’t see option to add themes or plugins. what do i do? i have registered domain also as part of my wordpress premium. I want to buy a theme from themeboy but don’t want to yet until i solve this issue. my website is http://www.5football.net please advise. thanks

Plugins and themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. WordPress.com comes with a number of features inspired by popular plugins, and a large directory of themes that you can browse here: http://theme.wordpress.com/
Uploading additional plugins and themes is a feature of self-hosted WordPress blogs using the software from WordPress.org. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org

Thanks very much for your reply. Understood now. However what if I want to move over my site to WordPress.ord then. I mean of I want to use the theme which I want to buy. What do I do next? I don’t mind starting from scratch because this is just a test site. Also how do I move my web over also (www.5football.net)

You can move all of the content from your WordPress.com site over to a self-hosted WordPress site with the guide on this page: Moving a Blog
You can also use your domain name 5football.net with a new host with this guide: Move Your Domain to Another Host
